Names and Addresses of People Who Never Paid

I have a policy of shipping my Audi Wastegate springs to anybody that asks for one, and since I believe most people are honest I tell them that they can pay me after the spring and instructions are received.

Well guess what - everybody doesn't pay.

Instead of asking for payment up front, I'm now publishing names and addresses of people who don't pay after receiving a spring.

I have changed to asking for payment up front for spring and shipping for international shipments, after I sent one by air to New Zealand and never received payment.
