Just when I thought I had it all done...

 

I take a high-res pic and wouldn't ya know it!?! Yep, just inboard and down from the upper right allen head cap screw in this pic there's a hairline of flange still protruding into the I.D. of the gasket. This just won't do! I just have to fix it before bed. I didn't spend his much time on it to be less than perfect. Hey, I'm anal, so shoot me.

Anyway as you can see the big aluminum crescent is all gone now. Ground away then finish-honed. Also the little screw 'nub' has been ground and dressed with a radius that matches it's surrounding ceiling.

Totl time: 5.5 hours. Make it 6 after I fix the flaw!
