FYI: Which power grinder to buy?

Below is a link to the die-grinder I'd recommend for the intake job instead of the usual "Dremel" tool.

The biggest reason is it's power. This tool at 1/2HP will KILL a Dremel on torque and grinding power. Secondly we're going to be using some abrasive stones, spiral sanders and high-speed steel burrs that will require larger diameter 1/4" shanks and the Dremel just can't accept that large.

Finally, the last reason is you can always do smaller work with a larger die grinder but ya can't quickly/easily do large work with a small one. A tool this size is the best compromise.

With this tool you "may" be able to eliminate some of the need for an electric drill which will also be needed for the project. This tool is large and powerful enough to turn the flex-hones we'll be using for porting/honing and polishing but may not hold all of the hone stems tightly enough. The adjustable chuck on an electric drill may still be required for some, most or all of that.
