While there's nothing quick or fast about doing any part of the intake manifold this particular little passage takes an inordinate amount of time. I finally kicked it's ass but not without wrestling with it for nigh on 5 hours.

It's now the mirror finish I wanted and I can put it down and move on to more power-making activities instead of these pesky maintenance-prevention items.

There's just no way I can make the camera focus inside the bore that shows true quality of bore polishing as the camera wants to focus on the outside where the fiber optic light source is pointing. But if compared to the first pic in this series I think everyone can glean some idea of EGR bore smoothness, degree of polish especially when compared to the first picture yesterday.
