Last pic before I return this borrowed laptop. Felt good while it lasted...

Here I've just ported/polished & gasket matched the exhaust ports in the head. Easy to make this alloy look like chrome. Can't do this degree of polish on the intake side as it reduces air flow and decreases fuel atomization but there's no such thing as "too smooth" on the exhaust side. This should keep the exhaust runners nice and clean as there's simply nothing remaining for carbon to adhere to. As I mentioned before I'm staying away from the valve guides on the intake and exhaust sides until new guides are installed. No sense wasting time making them all polished and pretty as I'll just have to do it again when the new guides are installed.

Hopefully I'll be back soon with my old or a new computer. Wont kill me to be able to use my good digital camera again either as my old one just can't take pictures anywhere near the quality of the newer one. Gotta love Carl Zeiss optics! And the borrowed laptop doesnt have any provision for Sony's Memory Stick media.

It's been great while it lasted. Hope to see everyone again (and permanently) within a few hours to a few days. C'mon FedEx!!
